accidently deleted contact group

I accidently deleted an important group from my contacts
list. How do I retreive. Help pleeease.

When you delete a contact or contact group it is put into the Deleted Items
folder and you can retrieve it from there. If the Deleted Items has been
emptied then the olny way to retrieve the group is to get it from a backup.
