Mmm, use the "hyperlink to other file" option.

Or actually, use the Run Program option if you don't want a warning
about opening "potentially harmful files." Instead of linking to the
Access.EXE file, though, choose "all files" in the box so you can see
your database files and link to the database file itself. Because the
database is associated with Access, linking to just the file should open
Access by default.
