Action radius for vacuum cleaner

I would like to see Visio draw a boundary at some length of an electrical
socket, taking corners and cabinets into account. This would help in
planning the placing of the sockets so that the whole house can be covered.

I'm not sure how efficient it would be using a vacuum cleaner at maximum
cord and hose length. You woul spend mor etime fitting with the hose and
cord than actually cleaning. You should simplify your request and just
ignore the minor obstacles and draw a pair of arcs from the socket. The
outside arc would indicate maximum(if possible) distance and the inside a
75% or 80% value. Anything in the 75/80 to 100% range should be covered by
another socket. If there are corners that would significantly alter the
range, use these as starting points for a shorter pair of arcs.

Thank your for the workaround.
Of course, the problem is not limited to sockets.
