ACtivation of office failed inspite of the new product key

I had installed Office 2003 and had activated the product. Sometime later I
had to format my system and re-install the Office 2003 all over again. I have
a corporate license and it had got expired which is all fine. Then we
purchased a new corporate license. This time I installed my Office 2003
providing the new product key that was purchased later, and it is so
happening that I am not able to get the product activated AT ALL!! I am
completely helpless with the new license key also. Please help me to solve
this issue.
