activation on a new computer

I have a new computer and installed my publisher . I get
the message to activate it and when I do it says it has
been activated on another computer. How do I get it to
stop showing this activation window?

I cannot believe how many blind or partially sighted people there are when
it comes to activation - the telephone option is right below the online
option - yet no-one appears to notice it!
