how do i activate office 2003 on a new computer? says i already actived the

Assuming that you have a retail (not OEM) edition of Office (which can
only be activated on the original computer), and assuming that you
have removed it from the old computer, you should be able to activate
it on the new computer. (Read the EULA license to be sure.) If it says
that it is already activated, it should give you the option of doing a
phone activation. Call Microsoft and explain what is happening and
they should allow you to activate.
