Active directory synchronization with custom fields in project ser

Hi All,
I am facing one issue in project center.
I have some Custom fields in EPM tool, I want to synchronize that custom
fields with active directory.
Example- Custom Field - Manager Resource
This field captures resources who are all Managers from lookup
table,
I want this Lookup table to be syncrhonized with Active directory.
The lookup table should contain all Managers who are present in active
directory,
Please advice me.

The built-in sync routine doesn't allow you to do user-defined field
mappings, so you must write your own code to do this. This is a common
request so there are plenty of people qualified to do this work if you don't
have your in-house developer available.
