Active-X problem in Outlook 2002

Have just upgraded from NT4/OL-2000 to XP Pro/OL-2002
We have been using a 'signature' up to now without error,
but it is now generating an 'Active-X' error under XP.
Also, any email with this Signature fails to print (and
does not give an error).
This seems to be a Security-related issue in XP/Internet
Explorer - can anyone suggest what amendments I might
need to make to make under the Security Tab for Active-X
content?
(As far as I'm aware, however, the signature is just
simple text, created in Word so I'm curious why I'm
getting this error in any case?!)
Any help appreciated...

What's the exact text of the message? What's the build number for Outlook 2002 shown on Help | About.
