Hello friends,
I used to be able to sync my mobile phone to the computer but have upgraded
to the latest version of windows i have hit a difficult problem, as i have
tried to sync my orange E650 phone to my computer and it nearly does it but
then it flags an error code.
"ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop.
Support code: 85010014."
I have Windows Mobile 6 standard and i have uninstalled and again installed
ActiveSync 4.5 and in Microsoft office outlook 2003 i have tried detect and
repair which seems to work ok but when trying to sync it again comes up with
the same support code.
Can you help as i have limited understanding of what to do next.
Thank you.
