Activex Controls

When I send a email to various job openings, I send also my resume from MS
word. I do this by first: opening MS Word, retrieve my resume. I then hit
Ctrl A to highlight my resume, then I hit Ctrl C to capture resume.then I go
back to my email and hit Ctrl V to attach to email. When I hit Ctrl V a
message appears: Activex
Controls on this page, as a result page may not display correctly. I hit OK.
The same message appears again, I hit OK again. Then my resume appears. It
appears readable to me. Can you help. Do I need to activate Activex
Controls or not?

I'm using WindowsXP.
