I am using Project to track job costs and progress using the task usage
view, and entering information from timesheets. Also, invoiced expenses are
being tracked in Project, using a material resource with a cost of $1.00 and
entering the appropriate number of units on a given day an invoice is
received. I am running into a problem where I enter a value for a given day,
and sometime after, when I come back to the view the value is divided
between two or more days, in various proportions. Why does this happen, and
how can I stop it? I want to be able to look back and see when the costs
were invoiced.
