Actual time recording

we are using 2007 web access, for one project of many small taskswe wish to
record actual time spent and an actual finish date when applicable but dont
want entry of time to amend %complete or to assume a completion date. Is this
possible? The background for this is to create an earned value using only
completed tasks.
