You will need to get your Project Server administrator to change your
company's settings for tracking progress. Here's what he/she will need to
do:
1. Log into Project Web Access as Administrator
2. Click the Admin menu
3. Click the Customize Microsoft Project Web Access link
4. In the sidepane on the left, click the Tracking Settings link
5. In the "Specify the default method for reporting progress on tasks"
section, select the "Hours of work done per day or per week" option
6. In the "Time period settings" section, select the "Resources should
report their hours worked every day" option
7. Click the Save Changes button
Once this has been done by your Project Server administrator, you will then
need to open each of your projects and republish the assignments for each
project. To do this, click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments,
then click OK. This will change everyone's timesheets to allow them to
enter their hours on a daily basis, rather than a weekly basis. Hope this
