Right click the page, select page properties and add a base href of new window.

You can't manage nav bar links separately
- you can only add a base target tag to the head section to open all links in a new window

I think in this case that's what the user wants.

Good point. That's one reason I always build my own navigation.

Into each hyperlink add the 'target attribute' as target="_blank" which
will load the URL in a new window. Depending on circumstances this
can be done using FrontPage menus or manually.

Example:
<a href="somefile.asp" target="_blank">Load Some File</a>

Nav bars are not hyperlinks in FP and are not editable as links
- they are design time components generated as html code on file save

your pyschic reading powers :)

I use the tag target="_blank" after the link. This will open the page in a
new window.
Ex<" http:/www.your link" target="_blank">

it'd be an all or nothing on the nav bar. in other words, I remember being
able to make them all open in a new window or none but not mixed.

you may want to look into using a custom nav bar (you can make yourself) and
distributing it through the pages via the FrontPage include page feature.
that will make updates/ maintenance much easier.
