Ad appointment label category?

In Outlook 2003 Is it possible to add a label category to the pull down list
on the appointment form. For example, if I wanted to add a label for Doctor
Appointment, could I do that, or am I limited to the labels that come with
Outlook?

You can change the names associated with the color code labels, but cannot
add new ones.
