Would Microsoft please add a "Favorites" list similar like what is done in
Internet Explorer or web browser programs for opening and saving Microsoft
Office files. This would work great for programs like Excel, Word,
Powerpoint, etc. For work, I have to organize my files into folders for
different projects. The folders become numerous with several layers to them
tending to make it hard to find where I want to open the file from or save it
to. Some projects are projects I work on everyday, so I have to go to that
file everyday, but I still have to keep the same file folder structure for
organizing the files. By adding a "Favorites" list, it would create a way
for the user to have a shortcut to particular file folders. Maybe the folder
is used often or maybe its used rarely but very important not to misplace.
Either way, the addition of a tool like this would be very helpful.

You can place a shortcut on your desktop to files or folders.

Why not use the Favorites structure that IE supplies?
I have had non-internet folders in the Favorites folder for word
processing documents for more than seven years ago on this particular
computer.
