Add-in/macro not loading after export from PWA

I "Export Grid to Excel" from time sheet in PWA. In Excel XP & 2003 my
PERSONAL.XLS fired up and I can run the code stored in PERSONAL.XLS.

However, since installing Office 2007, I must start Excel first, then run
"Export Grid to Excel", otherwise my macro whines that PERSONAL.XLS cannot be
found.

I have turned the code into an Add-in that I have loaded. The same behavior
occurs.

Any thoughts? Why does the ActiveX that starts Excel from PWA not load the
add-ins and PERSONAL.XLS?
