Hello,
Is it possible to add notes to a mail message?
I currently use my inbox and outbox as 'to do' lists: all
the messages that are still there recquire follow up,
whereas all other messages are archived.
For all the messages that are still in my inbox and
outbox, I would like to add a note with the different
actions of follow up that are necessary before archiving
the message.
I have added the field 'Notes' from 'All documents Fields'
but I cannot enter data.
I do not want to add text to the message itself, because I
want to keep the message 'intact', i.e. as received/sent.
