Add Revewing toolbar to Powerpoint

My boss seems to have the opposite opinion of most in this forum, and WANTS
the Reviewing toolbar to always appear in Powerpoint. We do not want to send
Powerpoint files via e-mail.
Anyway to do this?

He should be able to turn it on via View|Toolbars.

He does. But he does not want to have to manually turn it on every time he
opens a Powerpoint file. Can it be turned on by default.

The only thing I can think to save him at least a little effort is to go to
Tools/Options and on the View tab, go "Default view" drop down menu at the
bottom and select "The view saved in the file." That way, he'd only have to
turn the reviewing toolbar on once per each new document.

I can't think of any way to make it truly permanent, NCKestrel. You might
give Kristin's suggestion a shot, though.
