I wonder if Microsoft, in its infinite wisdom, has permanently
disabled users' ability to add sound to outgoing messages in outlook
2007. while i understand disabling this functionality may have
something to do with the problem of viruses or malicious code, one
would think Microsoft would try to find a way to let users continue to
embed sound in outgoing messages. but then I have never trusted
Microsoft to do the right thing for users.
