add & subtract on an excel sheet

I need to add and subtract on the same sheet
I am trying to set up a sheet where I add inventory on one line and then
subtract on another as it goes out of warehouse

If A1 is your beginning inventory, A2 what has been added, A3 what has been
sold and A4 what is left over: This formula in A4 should do it: =(A1+A2)-A3.

I think we need more details on the format of the data to give you a decent
