adding 4 pictures to a slide???

can someone tell me how can i add 4 pictures the (same size) in to a slideshow
do i need to format it or something?? its like a before and after pictures
and would like them to be in the same size and distance.

Try Insert > Pictures > New PhotoAlbum.
Click File/Disk.
Select 4 files and click Insert.
Under Album Layout, click on the picture layout dropdown menu and select 4
pictures. Ok your way out.
