Adding a project email folder to Outlook 2002

We are running Outlook 2002, with a ISP suppling our email. With in our Project directory structure is a project email folder to save email for that project. In Outlook we add a new group and give it the project number or name. Than set the shortcut bar to point the project directory on the server. This keeps all project related information in one location

Now for the problem

Outlook is saving the email to the project folder by subject line. If two emails have the same subject line it will overwrite the first. Can Outlook be set to look at date and time instead of subject line when saving to a short folder
