adding animated gifs to outlook email

I am looking for a way to add animated gifs to outlook email. I have received
emails with animation and cannot figure out how to add animation to emails
that I wont to send.

E-mail has to be in HTML format. You can start your new email from Actions -
New mail message using - HTML or you can change it allways to be HTML from
Tools - Options - Mail format page.
