Adding assistants to Office XP .. running windows xp home sp1

Have Office XP on Windows XP Home with SP1

I want to add the Einstein Assistant to the helper
in addition to Clipit, Dot, etc .. I believe the files
required are Genius.acs & Genius.acf which I was
able to get, but I can't make it work

How do I go about adding this assistant ?
