adding bubbles to text

Can anyone help me to add a comment/bubble field to text within a publisher
document. Ie., you can add comments in an Excel spreadspeet

Publisher is a page layout application, comment bubbles are something you will have
to create with autoshapes. Needless to say they won't pop-up.
