Adding Custom Border Publisher 2003

Help says to highlight area, click AutoShape from the Format Menu (not on
Format Menu), click BorderArt (where is it? can't find it since I can't get
to the to the mystery AutoShape thing).

What am I missing??

If the shape is not square or rectangular you will not get the BorderArt option.
Otherwise, lines, more lines or right-click the autoshape, format autoshape.
