adding Excel 2003 file

running Windows XP Hone, Service Pack 2. Publisher and Excel 2003
I'm trying to insert on a blank page in a newsletter a simple one page list
that I have in Excel. What's the easiest way to to that and have it look like
the preview in Excel? (with the same layout, outlines, page size, etc) I need
the file set up in landscape mode to almost fit an entire page.
I E-mail the newsletter out as a PDF file, so the list needs to be a part of
the Publisher document

Copy and Paste should work perfectly.
You may have to turn off the grid lines in the Options.
