adding fields-columns in a report

Can anyone help me? I need to and five columns each
independently in a form - using access 97 - I cannot find
this in my instruction book - Thank you Katherine

Not a lot to go on... we aren't there.

If you need to add fields to a form, open it in design mode.

If you need to add fields on a report, open it in design mode.

If your to-be-added-fields are to be bound to underlying table/query fields,
make sure these are included in the underlying source of your form and/or
report.
