adding info to an existing return address template?

I've downloaded a template for return address labels. When I try to add my
own information (by replacing the info shown on the template) the background
graphic disappears. what am I doing incorrectly?

Make sure you are Viewing Anchors and see if the anchor is on a
paragraph that gets replaced. Move it to a safe place, lock it (the
advanced button on the layout tab for the Format pikky dialog), then
position the graphic just so
