Adding Sound to Presentation - Have iTunes

I know how to add an mp3 file to a presentation but the
sound will not play on my laptop that has iTunes for
Windows on it. Any help on how to resolve this will
appreciated.

It probably has nothing to do with iTunes. I have iTunes also, yet MP3's play
fine in PowerPoint for me. I assume that you know that they will only play in
Slide Show mode - - not in Normal/Edit mode.

How are you inserting the sound files? What is the source of the files? Do you
also have Real Player installed on your system?

If you go to Start > Run and type mplay32, click OK and then go to File > Open
and open your mp3, does it play?
