Adding templates to the task pane

Hi everyone,

I have Powerpoint 2003 and I have dozens of templates that
I would like to add.

When I copy them to the templates folder, Powerpoint does
not show them in the task pane. Therefore, I have to
browse for a template, then apply the design. At that
point, the new template will show up in the task pane.

Is there a way to import all these templates at once?

My understanding is that the Task pane only shows the most recently used
files (or in this case templates). I would open them all up once, then they
will be on the task pane.
