This may be an absolutely rediculous question but.....I
just installed Office XP and cannot figure out how to put
the toolbar for all the applications on my desktop. Can
anyone tell me please??

The Office XP toolbar is an optional installation and you may need to rerun
setup to install the toolbar from the Office Tools section.

In addition to what Milly wrote, note that the Office toolbar is icky legacy
stuff - if you have Win98 or higher, you have a QuickLaunch bar on the
bottom of your screen, and can drag copies of all your needed shortcuts
there. Much easier, and less resource intensive. I haven't seen a need for
the Office toolbar for a million years....
