Address book for labels?

What is the best (easiest) program to create an address book to then load to
labels, just for Christmas time use?

You can use an Excel spreadsheet if you like, or I prefer
an Access database. Word or Publisher will walk you
through the Mail Merge Wizard to finish up your labels...
