address book from yahoo to outlook and palm pilot to outlook?

yahoo address book to outlook

I am having problems bringing my yahoo addresses to outlook. I cannot find
it when I entered the yahoo.com and my user name. Do I have to shut the
computer down and then restart it? How can I synch it from my yahoo to my
outlook.
I also want to synch my palm pilot data to outlook. Is there a simple way
to do this?
