Address book

I am using Outlook 2003, Is there a way of adding a list of email addresses
to the address book without having to enter each one separately?
Alternatively is it possible to mail merge to a distribution list?

Comments appreciated.

You never add data to the "address book." There is no address book in
Outlook. You add data to the Contacts Folder, which can import a list if it
is in an appropriate format.
You cannot use DL's in a mail merge.

Thanks for the reply. So can a list of email addresses be added to the
contacts list? Or can the contacts list be exported to Excell or access and
then uploaded to the contacts list again?
Regards

Look at Outlook's Import Wizard to see the file types it can import. Create
one of those file types with your list.
