Try this. Create a contacts folder called NonFax (or something similar to
your liking) and leave it unpopulated.
Export your normal contacts to a .csv. Remove the information from the fax
fields. Import the .csv back into Outlook and select the NonFax contact
folder as the destination.
Now, you have your normal contact folder with all of your information and
one without fax information. Enable it as an address book by right clicking
on it and select properties. On the Outlook Address Book Tab, ensure it is
marked to use as an OAB. It will show as available if you click on the To:
button in a new message window.
