Address Finder function doesn't work

Address Finder function, in Outlook, doesn't work
correctly. Instead of taking me, via IE's browser, to
Microsoft's Map website I find myself at the Homepage for
Microsoft's Office products. How do I fix this to get it
to go back to where it used to?
