Address List Unavailable

I had to replace my computer. I reloaded Office XP on the
new computer and then opened my saved pst file. I no
longer have access to the address book. I get the
following error "The contacts list associated with this
could not be opened. It may have been removed or deleted
or you do not have permissions. For infomration on how to
remove this folder from the outlook address book see
Microsoft Outlook Help" Can't find anything in help. Just
want to be able to use my address book. How can I fix
this problem?

Is the Outlook Address book service loaded? Tools->Email
Accounts->Directories->View or Change. If the Outlook Address Book service
is not active, back up one step and select Add and add the service. You
will need to close and reopen Outlook for it to become active.
