adjusting diffrent rows in a cell

Is there a way to adjust a row of cells differntly in a table?
I know I can drag them, but can I go to an options box, and type how big I
want that particular row of ceels or columns?
Tried highlighting them and adjusting, but all the rows do the same thing?
thanks

You can do this in Word. Create a table in Word, copy/paste it to Publisher.

I think I possibly have it. If it doens't work out I will send the file to
you.

If I highlight everything in the particular cell, or colum, then because
there is text in it, the alignment icons are no longer grayed out. Then when
I click the center alignment it moves the box into the middle of the cell.

thanks, Bruce
