Help! and thank you. I have adjusted the print date range to accomodate the
durartion of the project but I continue to get two additional years after
project completion. Any advise as to how to get rid of this?

Hello Elaine,

Project normally prints from the project start date to the project end
date. When you check Project > Project Information for the calculated
finish date, does it show the date you expected?

A workaround (in the meantime) is to set the date range to print in
the Print dialog box. Choose File > Print in the menu and set the
date range of your liking there.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
