administrative installation point

Hi,

I'm using ghost to deploy my computers. Office 2000 is installed on it and
the installation is made from NAS server.
My problem is that I change this NAS and I want my computers to use the path
to the share containing office 2k.

Unsuccessfully, I tried to use Custom Maintenance Wizard.
So, what can I do?

Run the installation again with this property in the command line:

REINSTALLMODE=vomus

This triggers the recache and reinstallation so it should point to your new

Hi,

In general you can force a new UNC source path into the registry by
doing RECACHE and REINSTALL; for example pretending to re-apply a small
patch to all client boxes will also fix this path, but it may be much
easier to simply change the path in all locations of all registries (if
you know what you're doing).

One way to test it, is bring your new server (NAS) on-line, hack one
client box to the new UNC path, then try adding/removing a feature (e.g.
equation editor). If it installs correctly you are half way there...
