I know Adobe is not an Office product, but perhaps someone might know. I have
a mail merge Word document that when merged there are 100 pages. Each page
needs to be a separate PDF file. I then email each PDF file to an individual.
Is there a way to make each page a PDF faster than doing one page at a time?
Currently I print to PDF and select "current page." Because my file has
pictures in it, it takes a while. And after printing to a pdf file, it opens
up the pdf and so I have to close it before doing the next one. Ugh! I would
really appreciate any ideas. Thank you so much!

For one thing, can you merge to the printer instead of to a new document? That
should force Word to print once per merged record.

Then in your Adobe PDF printer prefs, tell it not to open the newly created PDF
each time. In my copy it's on the Adobe PDF Settings tab of the printer
preferences dialog box, "View Adobe PDF results". Uncheck that.

You'll probably still need to name each file as it prints.

Thank you! Unfortunately i looked and don't have that option in my
preferences.

It may be called something else but I'm betting that it's still there.
Poke around a bit.
