Many will advise going with a PDF, but, a quick and dirty way to do
this with just Publisher is "select all" > Copy > Paste SPECIAL > as
PICTURE Then pull from a corner.
The results vary. It works best if you keep the aspect ratio. But I
always find it worth the try!
If this is a professional publication, this method will product pixellated
output that is rather unsuitable. Advertisers will most likely be rather
peeved if this is the case.
