Ok so I'm using MS Project to manage multiple programs with a
outrageous amount of tasks assigned to each "phase". Instead of havin
10 projects open, I want to be able to rollup all my projects into on
master that I can review daily to make changes if necessary. My tw
questions are:
1. is this possible without MS Project treating the entire thing as on
massive project as opposed to ten separate "programs"?
2. what type of constraints should I use for a program. These program
have a definite start date (no earlier no later) but obviously I woul
like all of my tasks completed as soon as possible.
Thoughts?
