after downloading a newletter template, what is the function key .

What is the function key to end the number of pages that I want to use in my
publication? For instance, when I download and prepare a newsletter using an
online template, when I go to print it, it prints my newsletter, but
countless other blanks of the template.
Thanks for the help!

Look at the page sorter at the bottom of the screen. You can move to other
pages and delete them.

Can't one elect to print pages 1-n, with n being the last page that has
something on it?

When you start to print, does the printer options page say "print all
pages"? Or "print pages 1 to 6"or whatever? You can set it to only print the
pages you want. The page you click OKAY on before it prints.

Not sure if this is the right or best answer, but it might be something
to try.

I haven't yet gotten a newletter to print out the way I want it (centered
on the page and with the correct pages in order) yet.

It does seem like you should be able to specify how many pages of the
template you want to use.

Of course, this seems simple once it's pointed out.

I keep reading the posts with problems and realize I have the same
questions, so finding out the answers, too.

This is what I thought, setting it on the printer, but if it were me, I'd
probably forget to do it.

Only the first time or two, unless you own stock in a paper company. :)

Yup.

Same with selection. Highlighting the part I want to print, forgetting to
check this and realizing it's starting to print 130 pages or something (LOL)
