After installing Office I get Remove Hidden Data Tool message

After installing Office 2003 I get
"An error occurred trying to launch the Remove Hidden Data tool
Try re-installing."

Unsuccessful in re-installing for removal of message.

It sounds like you have removed part of the Remove Hidden Data Tool add-in -
see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=834427. Uninstalling the program will
not affect add-ins.
