After submitting form, conformation page sends to blank page,why

Why does my conformation page send visitors back to a blank page?
Unless the visitor clicks the back button on their browser they go to a
blank page.

I have merchant pay button, when it is clicked is goes to the conformation
page
and not to my merchant account, any idea why?
