alert pop-up - "program trying to access email..."

i keep getting a pop-up box asking if I want to allow a program to access
names in email and has a check box allowing access for 1-10 minutes if you
click yes. Is titled Microsoft Outlook and often comes up when I go to reply
to someone or i enter some tasks in my Frankin Planner for Outlook page. Is
there a way to control this to tell it what programs are safe? Where do i
find any control of this security feature.

You update the applications that don't comply with the Microsoft security
model.
