Alignine text within newsletter columns

I am trying to create a newsletter for my company and the text within the
columns are not aligning on the bottom when editing or adding more sentences.
How do I make them even as I add new text? It will automatically cut-off at a
certain point and go onto the next column when there is plenty of space for a
sentence in the column I am working on.

It only looks like there's plenty of space. There are default top,
bottom, left and right margins in Publisher. To get full use of your
visible text box space you need to adjust or delete those.

I guess I don't understand how to do that. 2 columns will match up on the
bottom and one will not by just a hair. I checked all of the margin settings
for each column and they are the same.

If you're using Publisher 2003 or later, you can turn on alignment of
text to Baseline Guides.

Is this one text box with two columns or two text boxes with one column each?
Sounds as though you are linking two text boxes rather than creating a text box
with two columns. Maybe the reason you are not getting alignment. Do as Ed
advised, use the the baseline tool.
